Unfortunately, the site conditions, including excessive dust and surrounding industrial activity, did not align with the premium storage community and customer experience we set out to create.

In addition, there remains a critical shortage of suitable land that satisfies both operational requirements and local planning and zoning regulations.

We know this will be disappointing news for many customers seeking storage solutions, particularly given the current shortage of available sites across Perth.

We are actively exploring alternative options behind the scenes and remain committed to finding a suitable long-term solution.
